Sourabh is a Mumbai-based cinematographer who believes every frame should tell a story — or at least make you look twice. An IT engineer turned visual storyteller, he first sharpened his eye for imagery at JJ School of Art and Shari Academy before earning his Master’s in Cinematography at FAMU, Prague.
From commercials and music videos to fiction films, Sourabh thrives on crafting bold, striking visuals that actually make people feel something. With hands-on experience across 16mm, 35mm, and top-tier digital cinema cameras, he’s shot over 100 commercials and major projects like the short film For Each Other (Dir. Rima Das, BRICS Union, Pingyao International Film Festival) and Cabbage (Dir. Diggi Sisodia). He’s also worked on Kannada and Bollywood feature films, including Kun Faya Kun and Jogira Sa Ra Ra.
When he's not chasing good light or authentic moments, you’ll find him geeking out over music, exploring new cultures, or hunting down the next great meal.
